Making Room—

So More People Can Meet Jesus

Every person will spend eternity somewhere.

That truth gives urgency to our mission:

To lead people to Jesus—because He changes everything.

And we’re seeing a huge response. It’s not driven by programs or marketing—but by personal invitation. That means people like you—living on mission—are making an eternal difference.

Today, we have an opportunity to remove barriers and make room for more.

God is bringing more people.

The question is—will we be ready?

1,400 people now call NorthCross home

More than 50% have joined since 2020

Weekend Attendance: 700-800 and growing

60-70% of new guests come through personal invitation

The hunger is real. People are searching for truth, community, and something unchanging.

And God is leading them here.

What God is doing at NorthCross

At NorthCross, we are seeing:

Lives transformed through faithful, biblical teaching

• Children and students who want to be in church

• A strong culture of serving and volunteer engagement

Meaningful relationships formed through groups and shared life

• A growing pipeline of future leaders
People from every background—longtime believers and those new to faith—are finding a place where truth is clear, relevant, and life-changing.

Momentum is growing.
Space is not.

Right now:

Services are often full

Right now:

Guests struggle to find seats

Right now:

Kids and student spaces are at capacity

Right now:

VBS fills and can't expand

Right now:

Volunteers lack adequate space

If nothing changes people will be turned away—not because they aren’t hungry, but because we don’t have room.

“How are they to believe in Him of whom they have never heard?”
— Romans 10:14

the Vision

Here’s what becomes possible when space no longer stands in the way:

More Room to Gather Around God’s Word

A New Worship Center where people can hear the gospel clearly and respond
• Space for ~1,000 people

• Welcoming environment for guests

• Room for families to sit together.

More Room for the Next Generation

Renovated Kids & Student Spaces because reaching kids is reaching families
• Expanded, safer environments

• Increased capacity for outreach

• Space for leaders to disciple effectively

More Room to Belong and Connect

Expanded Lobby & Outdoor Spaces because growth comes through community
• Less congestion

• More meaningful conversations

• Space for relationships to form

More Room to Extend the Reach

Technology & Media Expansion because technology touches everything we do
• Stronger livestream + digital reach

• Space for volunteers and training

• Week-long engagement beyond Sundays

Together, we are trusting God to provide

To accomplish all of this and be ready to see more people come to know Jesus, we are adding on 28,000 square feet as well as renovating existing spaces. The total investment to continue pursuing our mission is $14.9 million.

Reaching this goal will take all of us—each responding in the way God leads.

What matters most is that each of us prayerfully considers our role and responds in faith.

The Mission Builders Response

This next chapter isn’t about changing who we are.

It’s about making room to lead more people to Jesus.

We believe it is our responsibility to remove barriers, expand our capacity, and prepare for decades of gospel impact.

This is an invitation to step into what God is already doing.

We invite you to:

1. Pray - Ask the Lord how He is leading you to respond

2. Participate - Walk faithfully with us during this season

3. Give - Consider a sacrificial gift, above and beyond regular giving, as God leads.

This is what it means to be a Mission Builder
